- Providing advice to Professors of every level and or employees of Public University Institutions on the whole process of their election or promotion prior to the Election.
- Advice on matters relating to the Code of Administrative Procedure [access to public documents, elections, governing bodies, etc.].
- Petition before the Supreme Council of State for annulment of an act of election or promotion of a competitor co-candidate.
- Defending and representing professors of higher education institutions and public servants in general before Disciplinary Boards, from pre-trial to final judgment.
- Representation of professors before all levels of administrative courts in cases relating to their employment status, salary disputes, allowances, leave, etc.
- Civil liability of public authorities.
- Advice and action on matters relating to the recognition, equivalence and equivalence of foreign qualifications.
